Someone Manton, a renowned prophet operating in Kenya was arrested and charged in our Kibera courts, the country was right to deal with him. Some time back, Mrs. Deya, a whole bishop's wife was put in, the country deserved the right to deal with her. Is this Muslim cleric any greater importance to Kenya than the two. Lets put facts down, analyze and evaluate them, then lets stop killing ourselves in the name of God. I am not sure this is interested in crimes. We can make a difference if we can love one another. Let us be busy fighting corruption, hunger, drought, poverty, diseases rather than one another. LOVE covers a multitude of evil.  Unless there is a hidden something, the uninvited guest can be given 'uji' and ask him to leave in peace or if he is seeking refuge status, he be taken through the right procedures. Pplease take some time and read Macharia Gaitho's commentary in today's Daily Nation about the Sheikh and the protests. it is true that the law somehow took its course on the individuals which you mentioned, but sadly this has not been the case in  matters where Muslims have been involved. In all such cases, the law is not followed, individuals are labelled terrorists, danger to national security, non-citizens and are detained incommunicado, denied access to lawyers and unceremoniously deported of out of the country. Even when court injuction are sought, there are no respected. This has been the major complaints of Muslims, discrimination is rife and the rule of the law is not be followed. Muslims are not seeking for any special treatment for Sheikh Feysal or any other individual but want the law to be followed just like it is applied to other Kenyans. it is unfortunate that many collegues in this forum-perhaps affected with Islamphobia do not want to accept that there is an official discrimination policy against Muslims even after a govt sactioned committee whose members included the AG and Permanent secretaries acknowledged that this has indeed been the case.
